Neplese recued from wuhan city,china

Neplese rescued from the Wuhan city of China that has been affected from Corona Virus(Novel-CoV-2019). 134 male and 41 female had been brought in Nepal after the permission granted by the Chinese Ambassy. Neplese was brought from China in Nepal Airline whitbody at around 3:30 morning on Sunday.

1.No of Neplese recused:

According to Nepelese ambassy at Beizing,55 from Wuhan, 48 from ZingChow, 26 from Insi, 29 from Siyan, 9 from Zinmeng, 8 from Sichang are recued from China and brought to Nepal. Among them 170 are students, 2 people are tourist, 2 children and one is worker.

6 people are stopped at the airport because of medical reason they are suffering from high fever,according to Neplese Ambassy. And 4 Neplease people denied to return back to Nepal at their own wish. All the neplese are transfered to Kharipati Quarantine Center from ambulane and 5 buses after health check up at airport in presence of Nepal Army and Police Scorting.

2.Safty measures adopted by Chinese Goverment:

Due to the epedemic of corona virus Chinese goverment block all the public transportation and appealed for all the people not to come outside of their residence.

So, all neplease are also get locked inside their residence. Due to unfavorable condition all the parents and relatives appeal for the goverment for the recue operation of their children and bring them back to thier home town safely only if they are not affected.

3.Chinese Goverment Protocol:

Chinese goverment dont let anyone to go back to thier country if they got any symptoms related to virus.They dont let 6 Neplese people to return back because its their protocal not to let any affected people to rome around so that any other healthy people suffer.

4.Safty measures adopted by Neplese Goverment:

After reaching Tribhuwan Internation Airport, all the Neplease becomes happy because they are living in very complecated situation in China.

They are medically tested by health workers and given a special type of dress to wear while transporting them to quarantine center. They are kept at Nepal Electricity Building at Kharipati ,Bhaktapur where goverment design it immediatly for the quarantine purpose.

4.Protest against the Quarantine centerat Kharipati by local people:

चीनको वुहानबाट नेपाल फर्काउन लागिएका नेपालीलाई राख्नका लागि भक्तपुरको खरिपाटीस्थित नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरणको दुई वटा भवन खाली गराएको छ ।    
    
 प्राधिकरणको दक्षिणतर्फको सबभन्दा तल रहेको प्राधिकरणको वातावरण तथा सामाजिक अध्ययन विभाग र होस्टेल भवन खाली गराएको हो । त्यस्तै चीनको वुहानबाट नेपाल फर्काउन लागिएका नेपालीलाई राख्न क्वारेन्टाइनका दुई भवन खाली गराएको नेपाल विद्युत् प्राधिकरण खरिपाटीका सहनिर्देशक केशवराज ओलीले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।    
    
होस्टेलको तल्लो भवनको सम्पूर्ण सामान प्राधिकरणको माथिल्लो प्रशासनिक भवनमा सारिएको र वातावरण विभाग भवनको सामान पनि सारिएकोे उहाँले जानकारी दिनुभयो । भवन खाली गराउन होस्टेलमा रहेका बिरामीलाई फर्काइएको र दुवै भवनका सबै सामान झिकेर माथिल्लो प्रशासनिक भवनमा सारिएको छ ।    
    
नेपाली सेनाको प्राविधिक, स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालयलगायत टोलीले अध्ययन गरी उक्त ठाउँको छनौट गर्दै प्रतिवेदन बुझाएपछि सरकारले भक्तपुरको खरिपाटीस्थित प्राधिकरणमा आइसोलेशन वार्डका रुपमा क्वारेन्टाइन राख्ने निर्णय गरेको बताइएको छ ।    
    
टोलीले अध्ययनका क्रममा १२४ जनालाई यहाँ राख्न सकिने जानकारी गराउँदै ठाउँ खाली गराएको प्राधिकरणले जनाएको छ । भक्तपुरका प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी होमकला पाण्डे, महानगरीय प्रहरी परिसर भक्तपुरका प्रमुख सवीन प्रधानलगायत सुरक्षा निकायको टोलीले हिजो शुक्रबार उक्त स्थानको अवस्था र तयारीको बारेमा अवलोकन गरी जानकारी लिएको कर्मचारीले बताएका छन् ।    
    
टोलीले यो ठाउँको छनौट गर्दा स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालयबाट आएका कर्मचारीले चीनबाट फर्काउन लागिएका नेपालीलाई राख्न आइसोलेशन मात्रै भएकाले माथिल्लो भवनमा कर्मचारीले काम गर्न सक्ने जानकारी गराएको बताउँदै सहनिर्देशक ओलीले सरकारको यो निर्णयसंगै यहाँका कर्मचारीमा त्रास फैलिएको बताउनुभयो ।    
    
कर्मचारीमा त्रास फैलिएकाले त्यस क्षेत्रमा बसेर काम गर्न सक्ने वातावरण नभएको भन्दै कर्मचारीलाई कहाँ लैजाने भन्ने निर्णय नभएको बताइएको छ । प्राधिकरणभित्र अहिले विभिन्न २६ वटा विभाग एवं कार्यालय रहेको र सबै विभाग बन्द गर्नुपर्ने अवस्था आएको बताइएको छ ।    
    
 खरिपाटीमा क्वारेन्टराइन राख्ने सरकारको निर्णयसँगै स्थानीयवासीले चर्को विरोध गर्दै आएका छन् । स्थानीयवासीले यो ठाउँमा क्वारेन्टाइन राख्न नदिने भन्दै दैनिक आन्दोलन गर्दै आएका छन् । चाँगुनारायण नगरपालिकामार्फत सरकारलाई ज्ञापनपत्रसमेत बुझाएका छन् ।    
    
 चाँगुनारायण नगरपालिकाको छैठौ नगरसभाले चीनको वुहानबाट नेपाल फर्काउन लागिएका नेपालीलाई भक्तपुरको खरिपाटीमा राख्ने सरकारको निर्णयप्रति आपत्ति जनाउँदै विकल्प खोज्न आग्रह गरेको चाँगुनारायण नगरपालिकाका नगरप्रमुख सोमप्रसाद मिश्रले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।    
    
 उहाँले चीनबाट फर्काइएका नेपालीका लागि खरिपाटीमा क्वारेन्टाइन राख्ने सरकारको निर्णय कुनै पनि दृष्टिकोणले उपयुक्त नभएको नगरसभाले ठहर गर्र्दै त्यसको विकल्प खोज्न आग्रह गरेको उहाँले जानकारी दिनुभयो । चाँगुनारायणको केन्द्र र बस्तीको बीचमा रहेको यो क्षेत्र कुनै पनि दृष्टिकोणले उपयुक्त नभएको भन्दै यो क्षेत्रमा क्वारेन्टाइन राख्दा स्थानीयवासीबाट आउने अवरोध र सङ्कटलाई मध्यनजर गर्दै सरकारलाई अन्यत्र विकल्प खोज्न आग्रह गरेको उहाँको भनाइ थियो ।    
    
चाँगुनारायण नगरपालिका–८ का वडाध्यक्ष परासर सापकोटा, वडा नं २ का अध्यक्ष शिवहरि केसी, वडा नं ३ का अध्यक्ष श्यामसुन्दर धिमाल, वडा नं ४ का वडाध्यक्ष बुद्धिलाल महर्जनले चीनबाट फर्काइएका नेपाली खरिपाटीमा राख्ने निर्णयले आमनागरिकमा त्रास र क्रोध जन्माएको बताउँदै बस्तीको बीचमा क्वारेन्टाइन राख्नु कुनै पनि हालतमा उपयुक्त नभएको बताउनुभयो ।    
    
 बस्तीभन्दा दुई किलोमिटर टाढा क्वारेन्टाइन राख्नुपर्ने अन्तरराष्ट्रिय मान्यतालाई सरकारले मिच्दै बस्तीको बीचमा चीनबाट फर्काइएका नेपाली राख्न खोजेको भन्दै उहाँहरुले विरोध गर्नुभएको हो । वडा नं ९ का वडा सदस्य कमला गिरीले चीनबाट फर्काइएका नेपालीलाई घनावस्तीको बिचमा राख्ने सरकारको निर्णयले स्थानीय बासिन्दादेखि पर्यटकीय क्षेत्रलाई असर पर्ने भन्दै सच्याउन माग गर्नुभयो ।    
    
यसअघि नेपाली काँग्रेसले सरकारको यो निर्णयको विरोध गर्दै आन्दोलन र धर्ना दिएको छ भने नेकपा, नेमकिपा र राप्रपा संयुक्तले पनि खरिपाटीमा क्वारेन्टाइन राख्नै नदिने भन्दै विरोध गरेका छन् । यता सूर्यविनायक वीर दल गणमा पनि क्वारेन्टाइन राख्ने भनिए पनि त्यसबारेमा कुनै जानकारी नआएको र राख्ने ठाउँ नभएको नेपाली सेना वीर दल गणले जनाएको छ ।

Corona virus को प्रभाव, बुकिङ रद्द गर्दै पर्यटक

Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). A novel coronavirus (nCoV) is a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans.  

Coronaviruses are zoonotic, meaning they are transmitted between animals and people.  Detailed investigations found that SARS-CoV was transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS-CoV from dromedary camels to humans. Several known coronaviruses are circulating in animals that have not yet infected humans. 

Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death. 

Standard recommendations to prevent infection spread include regular hand washing, covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, thoroughly cooking meat and eggs. Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.

यतिबेला चिनियाँ पर्यटकले भरिभराउ हुने यो क्षेत्र चीनमा देखिएको कोरोना भाइरसको सङ्क्रमणका कारण सुनसान देखिएको हो ।

पोखरामा रहेका प्याराग्लाइडिङ, अल्ट्रालाइट, बञ्जिजम्प, जिप फ्लायर यतिबेला चिनियाँ पर्यटकका कारण भरिभराउ हुुनुपर्ने सिजन भए पनि सो क्षेत्र सुनसान जस्तै छ ।

नेपाल भ्रमण वर्ष २०२०,चीनमा देखिएको कोरोना भाइरससँगै अन्नपूर्ण क्षेत्रमा देखिएको हिमपहिरोका कारण चिनियाँसँगै अन्य मुलुकका पर्यटकको आगमन दर पनि निकै न्यून रहेको छ ।
